DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS SHOOTING
On 12/26/09 a Somali male, thin build, approximately 6', dark skinned male, possibly with a scar on his face shot a male during a robbery attempt. He maybe from California and goes by the name "Scrappy" or "Little Scrappy". He may play basketball, uses marijuana and often wear the color black.
